The device and maintenance of contactless voltage regulators

1. Insert the voltage regulator into the distribution equipment panel, and install fuses on the customer’s distribution equipment panel that match the output power rating of this instrument. This ensures safe electricity usage.

2. Connect the power supply of the electrical load equipment to the output terminals of this instrument. Pay attention that the rated value of the high-power electrical appliances should be entered and the operating voltage value should be consistent with the output of the voltage regulator. Be careful not to insert it wrongly.

3. First, turn on the power switch of the voltage regulator and the indicator light should be on during operation. Observe whether the current meter indicates values are all normal. When the output voltage is all normal, turn on the power switch of the electrical load equipment. The contactless voltage regulator can automatically adjust the operating voltage and provide a normal power supply system.

4. When the electrical load equipment is not in use for a long time, please turn off the power switch of the electrical load equipment to reduce power consumption and increase the service life of the voltage regulator.

5. The voltage regulator cannot be used under load. When the voltage is low, the output volume decreases. The load of the voltage regulator should be relatively reduced.

6. When there are high-power electrical appliances such as refrigerators, air conditioners, centrifugal water pumps, etc. with motor operation, a voltage regulator with a volume three times or more should be selected to prevent the starting current of the equipment from exceeding the current capacity of the voltage regulator’s fuse or the current protection interlock switch’s current, causing the fuse of the voltage regulator to melt or the interlock switch to trip, or the pressure drop to be too large to operate.

7. The power lines connected to the voltage regulator should have sufficient cross-sectional area to prevent overheating and pressure drop. For voltage regulators with a volume of 2KVA or above, the connection terminals should be used, and a single copper wire should be selected, and the connection terminal screws should be tightened as much as possible to prevent overheating at the connection point.

8. Whether it is a single-phase or three-phase voltage stabilizer, after connecting all the 0/1 lines, first turn off the power switch of the load, then turn on the voltage stabilizer, check that the output voltage is all normal, and then turn on the power switch of the load. 1. Do not use excessive loads;

2. Please use sufficient cable wires;

3. Please be careful to connect the input voltage of the operation to the output of the instrument equipment;

4. The output voltage of the instrument equipment and the voltage regulator should be the same;

5. Select a power supply switch with the same input voltage as the power supply voltage;

6. If the fuse is burned out, please check the load equipment;

7. Use the same rated fuse; do not use non-rated fuses or cable wires.

8. Installed in areas with dry and natural ventilation.
